Bing have visited projects located in Bahir
Dar , Mekelle and Debre Zeit. The
board members include Mr. Qi Li , board
chairman, Ato Birhanu Abera, Ato Tibebu
Ayele, Ato Wolday Berhe. Since the
new boards were assigned last November,
the board were members in Ethiopia

As per the identified needs of the projects the
training of Project Budget Management is conducted
for 26 employees of the Company i.e. for
Project Managers, Head Office Engineers and for
others concerned Departments by Dr. Woubshet
Jekale, the manager of Jekale Consult.
The training focuses on the critical success factors
that enable the Company to ensure continuous
work or build reputation and profitability. It
also focuses on the bases described for use in the
project budgeting, project budgeting approach,
major problems and challenges encountered during
implementation and also the root causes and
impacts which affects the project planning. Regarding
