| The Third Quarterly Meeting Held |

The third quarter performance evaluation
meeting was held on April 17, 2007
at head office auditorium. All project
Managers and Managerial staff of the
head office attended the meeting.
On April 16,2007 a pre meeting discussion
was made among project managers
and Engineering Department and also
with different department heads to solve
problems and also to have a common
understanding on different issues. On
the quarterly meeting Finance Department
Manager W/ro Hanna Tilahun presented
the financial report of the quarter,
which shows the revenue earned,

Shishinda Mizan Road Project Handed Over 20km to Client |
May 8, 2007, 20 Km roads was handed
over to the client. ERA, in Shishinda-
Mizan Road Project. This was a milestone
for this project if we consider the difficulties
we face. For example we only received
30 km road right of way up to now.
The area is one of the major cash crop
(coffee and different types of spices) producing
areas in the country. The rehabilitation
of the roads is expected to further
facilitate the development of the area,
hence contributing a lot to the country’s
